No, the font is larger. Go look at ship names in your hangar, they wrap round before the old font did. This means that the length of a sentence is longer, so your eyes have to move further to read it. The fact that people are finding a larger font harder to read means there is a problem.
I hate the new font, I run at 1920 x 1080 and I've played with the UI scaling. One of the issues is that the font is actually too large, but if you reduce the UI scaling, it becomes unreadable. This sounds odd, but in your assets folder the old font had a reasonable gap between each line, which helped with reading. The new, larger font doesn't leave as much space between each line, so you get the wall of text effect and can't read as easily. |

You just add fuel to the fire with every patch by doing stupid things like this.

Anyways Nice patch! apart from the fonts ofcourse... I have struggled with the old font for years! I like the new font as it means i can actually differentiate between certain letters / numbers. So i disagree with your comments. Titan
So, the problem doesn't exist because you aren't affected by it? Do you have cancer or aids? Do they still exist? |
